                                           Prologue 

There once lived a girl who loved to sing and had a talent to sing. This girl lived with her Father who believed that his daughter should never sing, because when his wife was alive she sang it was her favorite thing to do. But that is what killed her, back then the men believed that woman should not sing so when they caught the girls mother, they killed her.
Once upon a time a little girl livers on 54th street Manhatten. This little girls name was Alma, Alma Johnson. Almas dream was to become a singer, but back then most woman Cooked, cleaned, and washed laundry. One day at church, the Priest told Alma that if she wanted to sing in the primary program she would be welcome to, if and only if she had a talent to sing. And she did. So she sang. Alma was the Starr of the program and Alma singing reminded Alma’s father about how much he loved to hear singing, especially by his little girl.
