The Twin's and the Sorceress. By Greta Elizabeth Muirhead.

characters: princess May Age:10. princess Mary Age:10.

Queen Isabelle Age:36. Maid Ruth Age:18.

Evil sorceress Carla Age:20. And last but not least the narrator.

One warm summer day two girls were playing outside in a garden but these girls were no ordinary girls they are in fact princesses twin princesses that names are princesses Mary and princesses May. Today the castle is very busy because it is May and Mary’s birthday,April 1st. Tomorrow their Mother Queen Isabelle is hosting a party for her daughters. It will be a very grand party,Fit for a princess. At the party the royal sorceress Carla, is going to perform a few magic tricks, like making things disappear or making a birthday cake appear out of thin air all of that type of stuff.But first May and Mary have to pick out ball gowns so they raced up the stairs (in a not very princessey way.)to the dressing room to pick out their outfits. May chose a Hot Pink dress with a Purple sash, Mary chose a Sea Blue dress with a Lavender sash. Later that day in Carlas magical lair under the castle, Carla is making a potion that will put everyone the castle into a trance so that she can rule the world once and for all.DAN DAN DAAA!!!

But luckily Queen Isabelle ran in and scared Carla so bad she dropped the potion she was making and she was about to yell “did you ever learn how to knock???’’when she noticed it was the Queen.Then Queen Isabelle said ‘’are the magic tricks ready yet???’’An Carla responded saying ‘oh your majesty they are ready’’

‘’ Oh goody!!! well I better be of’’ Isabelle said.

When Queen Isabelle got down stairs she went to see if maid Ruth had put the twins to bed yet and Mary and May were fast asleep.Oh they look so pretty sleeping. Thought Queen Isabelle and went of to bed herself while Carla was re-making the trance potion in complete silence. A year later the potion was ready…

And once again it was the princesses birthday and the party is going to be grander then the last party for the twin’s.Again at the party the Sorceress Carla is going to perform magic trick’s.But this time she planned what she is going to do. First Carla is going to do a little puppet show about two sorceresses that wanted to put everybody under a trance spell that will make them under their command. But what the Queen didn’t know is the potion bottle that the puppet’s where holding held a real potion inside. The TRANCE POTION!!!

So when the puppet’s pretended to pour the potion…

The potion actually poured the potion over the ballroom and…

BAM SHAZAM KOPOW BOOM everybody in the ballroom went under Carla’s control… Except princess May and princess Mary and Maid Ruth because they were in their room and Maid Ruth was helping them get dressed, so the potion didn’t reach them when May and Mary came down the stairs for their grand entrance, they squealed in horror at all their friends and family all standing still as ice with eyes a red as a flame. But it surprised them most to see their mother’s throne, that used to be a gold as the sun is now as black a midnight with Carla sitting on the throne. When Mary and May say the ballroom they ran upstairs as fast as their little legs could carry them back to their room, were Maid Ruth was sitting with hot cocoa and candy canes, when she saw Mary and May she said'‘Back so early huh princesses.‘‘and so May explained what they saw in the ballroom.

When May was done explaining Maid Ruth gasped and said. Well what are we still doing up here lets go rescue them. (I have to admit that was a very brave thing to say.)

As soon as Maid Ruth said that Mary immediately Mary said were not actually gonna do that are Maid Ruth??? Well if you want to help your friends and family that is the only way I can think of right now.Said Maid Ruth. Lets do it. says May. OK!!! says Mary lets do it.

So before we go we have to get into white clothes so that we can blend into the wall.Says Maid Ruth. Got it!!! May and Mary say in unsion. When they finished getting dressed they grabbed a back-pack and put inside binoculars so they can see from far away, granola bars in case they get hungry and last but not least a camera so they can take photos for proof. And then they were ready to go!!!

The group crept down the stairs and into the ballroom were Carla or what Carla calls herself (Queen Carla the ruler and protecter of Aldovia.) Maid Ruth says to Mary and May follow me down the stairs. OK the twins say.

So the group crept down the stairs to the ballroom were Carla could see them if she was looking the right way. But then Maid Ruth takes a sharp turn to the right and Mary asks were they were going and Maid Ruth slaps her head and says ooh right you guys are not maids. “What is that supposed to mean.’’ asks May. Well when us Maids are going to be late we take a secret pathway in the castle to get to the ballroom, and as you know the ballroom connects to every room in the castle. Oh I get it now says Mary we are going to take the pathway that you use to get to the ballroom. You girls are fast learners. Why thank you said May. OK were here. says Maid Ruth. Follow my lead…

The crew tiptoed down the stairs, behind a curtain and under Carla’s new chair. Above Mary’s head she hear’s Carla shouting order’s to the Maids in the castle, order’s like you there get me some more potion’s and Maid whatever your name is get me some more makeup and HURRY!!!

Mary ask’s so are we just gonna jump out and scare Carla??? I think that is what we are gonna do says Maid Ruth.Unless you have a better Idea??? Well I have been thinking that maybe we could push the chair over and then we can grab her wand and then chain her up and put her in jail says Mary. Well we could do that but I personally think that might be a little to harsh maybe we could give her a second chance, besides we need her to undo the trance curse.Says May. OK lets push over the throne and then chain her up but not put her in jail yet. GOT IT!!! May and Mary say in perfect unsion.

Guess what Marys plan worked and their ball went splendidly although Carla did have to go to jail.

THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER THE END.
